Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund & Replacement
At Print420, we strive to provide the best quality printed products. However, due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:
- ✅ Misprint or Printing Defect: If the product you received has printing errors or is damaged due to our mistake.
- ✅ Damaged on Delivery: If the product arrives damaged, you must report it within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
⚠ No refunds/replacements will be provided for:
- ❌ Incorrect uploads or mistakes made by the customer.
- ❌ Color variation due to screen differences.
- ❌ Delay in delivery due to external factors (courier issues, weather conditions, etc.).
- ❌ Orders placed by mistake or a change of mind after printing has started.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Report Within 3 Days: Email us at pvcprint420@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Photos/Videos showing the misprint or damage.
- Detailed Description of the issue.
- Verification Process: Our team will review the case within 3-5 business days.
- Approval/Rejection Notification: If approved, you will receive:
- ✅ Replacement: A new print will be sent at no extra cost.
- ✅ Refund: If applicable, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Policy
- 📌 For Approved Returns: You will be responsible for returning the product to Akhauripur gola, Chausa, Buxar, Bihar -802114.
- 📌 Return Shipping Costs: Non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- ✅ Check your bank account again.
- ✅ Contact your credit card company (processing time varies).
- ✅ Reach out to your bank (some processing delays occur).

5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- ✅ Defective or
- ✅ Damaged during printing or delivery
How to Request an Exchange:

6. Gift Orders
🎁 If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- ✅ You’ll receive a gift credit for the refund amount.
- ✅ A gift certificate will be mailed upon return approval.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
